Fitness Room While the beaches are made for walking and the roads are bicycle friendly, we recognize that your fitness regime may require more. Cardiovascular and strength training equipment is available in our fitness room. If you prefer the outside, we have bicycles for rent.
Yoga For those who cannot get their fill of relaxation, we offer seaside yoga. Whether a beginning yoga student or a seasoned practitioner, you will find that this restorative practice has an unbelievable way of calming even the most feverish minds. Just one more reason why Congress Hall is the luxuriating capital of the Northeast. Yoga classes are available Saturday mornings from May through September, as well as Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in July and August. Don't miss our Cape May Yoga Retreat at Congress Hall March 4-6, 2011.
