CONGRESS HALL RATES AND RESERVATION INFORMATION Congress Hall welcomes guests all year round. We offer four different room choices: Premium, Deluxe, Luxurious Suites and Connecting Rooms (ideal for families). All our rooms have private bathrooms, individual climate control, flat screen TVs with DVD, CD player with alarm clock, cable/HBO, daily newspaper, two telephones, voicemail, data port, and housekeeping twice daily. Many rooms have spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Our Deluxe rooms offer more space and many have a king-size bed, or a larger bathroom with a separate soaking tub and tiled shower. Some even have private balconies with views over the veranda and lawns to the sea. Rate Information Rates are subject to change without notice. Please contact the Congress Hall directly at 888-944-1816 for the current rates or book online. Reservation and Deposit Information Check-in is 3 P.M. Check-out is 12 P.M. Reservations of two nights or less require one night deposit. Longer reservations require a 50% deposit. Checks accepted for reservations three weeks prior to arrival. Major Credit Cards accepted at anytime. Prices subject to change without notice Cancellation Policy Minimum stay requirements may apply. All deposits are fully refundable and transferable 21 days prior to arrival. Deposits are transferable for up to 1 year when cancelled between 4 and 21 days of arrival (one-time consideration only), less our $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Deposits are applied to the last night of stay. Unfortunately, we cannot insure your reservation against bad weather. Early departures are handled as cancellations and are subject to the same policy. We offer a range of special packages throughout the year so come back to this site as often as you can.
