All our hotel rooms have private bathrooms, individual climate control, flat screen TVs with DVD, CD player with alarm clock, cable/HBO, daily newspaper, two telephones, voicemail, complimentary wireless internet, data port, and housekeeping twice daily. Many rooms have spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Our Deluxe hotel rooms offer more space and many have a king-size bed, or a larger bathroom with a separate soaking tub and tiled shower. Rates are for 1 or 2 persons per room. A few rooms can accommodate an extra person at a charge of $25 per person per room. Rates do not include tax or gratuity and are subject to change without notice.

All deposits are fully refundable and transferable 21 days prior to arrival. Deposits are transferable for up to 1 year when cancelled between 4 and 21 days of arrival (one-time consideration only), less our $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Deposits are applied to the last night of stay. Unfortunately, we cannot insure your reservation against bad weather. Early departures are handled as cancellations and are subject to the same policy.
