Assistant Pastry Chef - Responsible to prepare all pastry and dessert items for buffet, banquet and restaurant use according to standard recipes. Must have 3+ years experience.
Night Auditors - Protects integrity of building and assets, reconciles all interfaces and balances with PMS system audit. Night shift required.
Jr. Sous Chef - Responsible to oversee daily kitchen operations,
implementing and maintaining quality standards for restaurant, including supervision and direction of staff.
AM Servers - Responsible to serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner. Must have experience.

Maintenance - General maintenance skills required with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C and painting repairs. Background in tile work preferred.
Maintenance Engineer - knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC & painting required.
Tile Mechanic - Responsible for tile restoration, grout lines and caulking. Candidate must have a solid reputation in tile repair field. This is a part-time position.
