Ed & Marilyn Tokarsky September 28, 2007 Christa and Matt's wedding reception was a beautiful event from the Cocktail Hour to the last dance. Everything went flawlessly. The Ballroom was set-up beautifully; the Wait Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. We had one guest say that the Wait Staff enhanced the joyfulness of the event. The food was amazing as was its presentation. A number of our guests commented on the preciseness with which the filet was cooked, and yet another said it was one of the best crab cakes he had ever tasted. The wedding cake was a work of art. We have wonderful pictures to that proof.

We were able to enjoy the entire event so much more because we were so relaxed. You had prepared for everything and we had total confidence in you. Your hard work made it possible and did not go unnoticed by ourselves or our guests. Many of our guests told us how great you were and that you were on the ball. We had so many special touches that our guests loved, but must have driven you crazy. Everything was put out and executed as we had envisioned. We even forgot about the boot stein for my aunt, but you had it come out just as scheduled. Our event was truly flawless, from the ceremony to the food to the last dance and after-party in the Brown Room.

June 30, 2007 We came for the Wedding Tasting, as our daughter is getting married here on June 30, 2007. We had no idea what to expect in any regard; but once the ballroom doors opened, all came into focus. What a beautiful ballroom and a very “tasteful” experience (I mean literally and figuratively). We were well informed and came away with a very helpful picture of what the event would be like. You have very talented chefs, very courteous wait-staff and other staff, and a beautiful, historic hotel. We LOVE the tiffany blue walls with the black & white floors especially. Every detail seems to have been taken care of and fully thought out.
